About Linda Diaz, EA
“I help businesses and individuals understand the power of numbers.”
Linda Diaz is the owner of El Dorado Tax and Accounting in Manteca, California. She holds a bachelor's degree from Stanislaus State, is an Enrolled Agent and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and brings 23 years of accounting experience to every engagement.
Numbers that tie into the performance of a business. Numbers that answer the quiet question every owner carries: is this where I want it to be?

What she does
Two jobs, done by the same person.
“Numbers never lie.”
The first job is compliance: keeping businesses and individuals square with state and federal tax regulations, and standing in as their representative when a tax authority has questions. As an Enrolled Agent, Linda is federally licensed to do exactly that.
The second job is interpretation. A return is a snapshot; a business is a moving thing. Linda reads the numbers the way a controller does — for what they say about pricing, cost, cash, and whether the year is heading where the owner intended.
She has held payroll together in a manufacturing plant, reported to bankers on a hedge portfolio, and audited government books. That history is why clients get a straight answer instead of a soft one.
Hablamos Español. Linda works with clients in Spanish through the entire process — the intake, the notice review, the options, and the ongoing communication.
